My journey to acupuncture...
I came to acupuncture through my own health challenges, at a time when I was looking for gentler, more holistic ways to support myself. While I found relief from physical symptoms, what truly amazed me was how different I felt within myself. After just a few treatments, I noticed a sense of ease, balance, and embodiment that I hadn’t experienced in years - I felt more at home in my body.
This experience sparked a fascination with Chinese Medicine and its deeply holistic way of understanding health. I began to learn how to live more in tune with my body, with nature, and with the changing seasons. With that came a greater sense of compassion for myself and an understanding that health isn’t about fixing or fighting the body, but learning to listen to it.
Women’s health...
Mental health & emotional wellbeing...
My interest in emotional wellbeing is also shaped by my own experiences, and Chinese Medicine has played a powerful role in helping me feel more balanced and regulated. Five Element Acupuncture, in particular, has helped me understand more about who I am, what drives me, and how I respond to the world around me.
In a fast-paced, often overwhelming world, we rarely get the chance to slow down and truly connect with ourselves. My aim is for treatments to offer that space - helping people feel more grounded, present, and at home in their bodies.

My passion for women’s health is deeply personal. My own experience of period pain, endometriosis, and PMS was what first led me to acupuncture. For years, my cycle felt like something to fight against: painful, disruptive, and exhausting.
Discovering Chinese Medicine transformed my relationship with my body. Through acupuncture and cycle awareness, I learned to stop fighting my cycle and begin living in tune with it. What were once debilitating symptoms became manageable, and rather than feeling controlled by my cycle, I began to feel guided by it.
I’m passionate about supporting women to live more harmoniously in their bodies - through regulating cycles, supporting fertility, pregnancy and the postnatal period, or navigating the shifts of menopause. Most importantly, I care deeply about creating a space where women feel listened to and taken seriously, especially in a healthcare system where their experiences are too often minimised.

I strongly believe that Western medicine is vital and life-saving, but it can sometimes fall short for those living with chronic or complex conditions, where symptoms don’t fit neatly into boxes. What I love about Chinese Medicine is that it looks at the whole person - body, mind, emotions, lifestyle - and works at rebalancing health at a much deeper level. It supports the body’s own natural ability to heal, and with that often comes greater vitality, resilience, and ease.
I trained for 3½ years at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, completing a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture. My training integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Five Element Acupuncture, allowing me to tailor treatments to both physical and emotional needs. I’m fully insured and also a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).
At the heart of my work is a desire to create a treatment space where people feel truly heard, safe, and held - somewhere you can soften, exhale, and reconnect with yourself.
